Typically, your front desk personnel will create and manage reservations using the property management system. However, things happen and there may be times when that system is experiencing an outage or another problem so to minimize any disruptions, INTELITY provides a way for reservations to be created in GEMS. Please follow the steps below.
Login to GEMS via the following URL – https://dashboard.keyprprod.com
On bottom left side of the screen, select “>>” to expand the Side Bar.
Select the “Guests” option.
Select the “Create New Reservation” option in the upper right corner.
Select the “Check In” option and then input the necessary guest information and departure date. Afterwards, select “Submit” to create the reservation.
Now that the reservation has been created, it should now appear in both the “Checked In (Today)” and “In-House” sections of GEMS.
Selecting the down arrow next to the guest’s name will display additional information and options.
