      How to Change Your GEMS® Login Password

      Data Security is of the utmost importance in any business, and it is recommended that you change your login passwords periodically.  A common practice is to change it every 90 days.  Please follow the steps below to change your GEMS login password.

       

      Step 1 - Login to GEMS via https://dashboard.keyprprod.com.

      Step 2 - After logging in, select the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

      Step 3 - Select the “My Profile” option.

      Step 4 - Select the “Change Password” option.

      Step 5 - Input your old password and new password on the appropriate lines and then select “Change my password”.  Note: When entering your password, it will be displayed in the form of asterisks.

      Final Step - After seeing the confirmation screen, simply close the open tab in your browser.
