How to Create a New Reservation in the CMS

If your company is a longtime INTELITY customer who is accustomed to using the ICS (INTELITY Control System) then you will be able to create new reservations in the ICS (now known as the CMS -Content Management System) in case your property management system is down.  The steps below will show you how.

To access the CMS, login to INTELITY GEMS via this URL – https://dashboard.keyprprod.com

After logging in, you will see a screen similar to the one depicted below.  The Side Bar will be collapsed however, you can select the “>>” option at the bottom left corner of the screen to expand it.

When the Side Bar is expanded, it will look similar to this:

Select the “CMS” option in the Side Bar.  Note: You may have to scroll down to see the CMS option.

When the CMS loads, it should look similar to what’s depicted below.  You may or may not see all of the menu items at the top of the screen.

Hover your mouse over the “Accounts” option at the top of the screen.

Select the “Guest Accounts” option.

When the “Guest Accounts” screen displays, select the “New User” option to begin the process of creating a reservation.

Input the appropriate guest information in the section outlined in red as displayed in the following screenshot.

Select the down-facing arrow in the “Rate Code” section and select the appropriate rate code, if applicable.

Select the calendar icon to select the “Check-In” date then do the same for the “Check-Out” date.

If you want the guest to be checked in immediately, select the “Now” option next to the “Check-In” section.

Select the “Generate User ID & Password Option.  Afterwards, select "Create".
