How to Create an SMS Message from a Template

There are times when you want to send each guest the same message without having to recreate the message manually each time.  For example, a welcome message. This tutorial will show you how to create a SMS message template.

Step 1 – After logging into the GEMS via https://dashboard.keyprprod.com, select the “Guests” option in the Sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Now that the template has been created, you are now ready to send the templated message to a guest using the steps below.

Step 1 – From within the “Guests” section of GEMS, select the BLUE chat icon in front of the recipient you want to send the templated message to.  As indicated earlier, If the chat icon is gray then it means the recipient’s phone number is not associated with the reservation and therefore you will be unable to send an SMS message to him or her.
