How to Create and Export a Report in GEMS

There may be times when you'd like a quick high-level report of guest-related requests and staff-based work orders that have been processed via GEMS. 

INTELITY provides reports for the following categories:

  1. Completed Guest Requests
  2. Resolved Guest Requests
  3. Work Orders

To get started, login to GEMS and then select the Reports Option on the Side Bar.

Select the appropriate tab for the type of report you want to generate.

Select the Down arrow in the "Report Date Range" section and then select the desired date range.  You can use the "From" and "To" fields or you can used the "Last 7 | 30 | 90 Days" preselection or you can select a custom date range.

Afterwards, select "Apply".

After selecting "Apply", the screen will generate a listing similar to what is depicted below, depending on the type of report you're requesting.

To export the report, select the hamburger icon depicted in the following screenshot.

Select the appropriate option therein.  You can export the report as a .csv file or you can download it as a .pdf.  You can also select to export all the data in the report or just the portion of the that is visible on the screen.
