It is not uncommon for a hotel to stop offering a service, whether temporarily or long-term. If the app displays a section for the discontinued service, INTELITY provides a quick way to prevent that section from being displayed therein. Please follow the steps below.
Login to GEMS via https://dashboard.keyprprod.com and then select the ">>" option in the bottom left side of the Side Bar.
Select the CMS option. Note: You may have to scroll down to see the CMS option.
When the "Main Menu" appears, select "Edit" next to the section you want to no longer be displayed in the app.
If you don't want the section to be displayed in the mobile app then uncheck the box next to "Mobile" and then select "Update".
If you don't want the section to be displayed in the In-Room tablet app then uncheck the box next to "InRoom" and then select "Update".
If you don't want the section to be displayed in both the mobile and In-Room tablet apps, then uncheck the box next to "InRoom" and "Mobile" and then select "Update".
The Change takes effect as soon as you select "Update". Note: You may have to refresh the app to see the change. Follow the steps above for every section you no longer want displayed in the app.
