There may be times when a guests needs their room access revoked, whether because of a payment discrepancy or he or she was belligerent or intoxicated. Whatever the reason, the tutorial below will show you how.
Login to GEMS and then select the Rooms option in the Side Bar.
Select the green digital key next to the guest's name whose key you want revoked.
Select the "Revoke Key" option therein.
After selecting "Revoke Key", the customer's digital key should no longer work.
